Fill in the booking form, choose your service, and upload photos of your trainers. We confirm your booking and send you our postal address and packaging guide.

POST THEM TO US

Box up your trainers with the packaging guide we send you. Use tracked delivery. We recommend a padded box. We confirm receipt as soon as they arrive.

THE DEEP CLEAN

We inspect and treat every pair to the service you chose: sole scrub, midsole brightening, upper clean, colour restoration. Every millimetre covered.

QUALITY CHECK

Every pair goes through a final inspection. We send you before/after photos so you can see the transformation before they even leave us.

POSTED BACK TO YOU

Your freshly cleaned trainers are wrapped and posted back, tracked, insured, and confirmed under our service agreement. Spotless at your door.

After booking, we send you our postal address and a packaging guide. We recommend a padded box and tracked delivery. Once received, we confirm with you immediately. Every step is communicated.
Yes. We take full responsibility for your shoes from the moment they arrive. Our service agreement covers the agreed condition, the service, and the confirmed return. So everything is clear and your pair is fully covered.
Turnaround time depends on the service level and current demand. We give you a confirmed timeline at booking. No vague estimates, just a clear date you can count on.
