Pack your trainers following the guide we email you. Postage to us is at your cost — use a sturdy padded box and tracked delivery. We confirm receipt as soon as they arrive.
We inspect and treat every pair to the service you chose. Sole scrub, midsole brightening, upper clean, colour restoration. Every millimetre covered.
Every pair goes through a final inspection. For Elite Restore we send you before/after photos so you can see the transformation before they leave us.
