When you book a Kiq Fresh shoe clean, this is what you're agreeing to. We've kept it straightforward — no legal jargon, just honest terms that protect both you and us.
Our Commitment
1 What We Will Do
- Clean your trainers to the standard of the service you selected at booking.
- Handle your trainers with care and take full responsibility for them while they are with us.
- Send you before and after photos so you can see the results.
- Return your trainers using tracked delivery once your clean is complete and payment is received.
- Keep you updated if anything is unclear or if there's a delay.

2 Your Trainers
- By booking, you confirm your trainers are in the condition described at time of booking.
- You confirm you are the rightful owner of the trainers.
- You understand that cleaning results may vary depending on the material, age, and prior condition of the shoe. We'll always do our best and communicate honestly if there are limitations.
- If your trainers arrive in significantly worse condition than described, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Insurance
3 Insurance & Responsibility
- Your trainers are covered while in our possession.
- In the unlikely event of damage caused by our cleaning process, we will contact you directly to discuss a fair resolution.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that were present before the shoes arrived with us.
- We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping to us — we recommend sending your trainers via tracked delivery in a sturdy, padded box.
Timing
4 Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from the date we receive your trainers.
- We'll confirm a timeline with you when your pair arrives.
- During busy periods turnaround may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.
- Express 48-hour turnaround is available as an add-on where stated on our Services page.
Payment
5 Payment
- Payment is due before your clean trainers are returned to you.
- Pricing is as listed on our Services page at the time of booking.
- We will contact you directly with payment details once your clean is complete.
- We reserve the right to hold trainers until payment is received.
Shipping
6 Sending Your Trainers to Us
- After booking, we'll send you our postal address and packaging instructions.
- We recommend a sturdy padded box and tracked shipping to protect your pair in transit.
- We'll send you a confirmed receipt message as soon as your trainers arrive with us.
For Reading-area collections, contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time — no postal shipping required.
Disputes
7 If You're Not Happy
We want every customer to be satisfied. If you have a concern about your clean, contact us first — we'll always aim to resolve things fairly and honestly.
